West House introduces a new kind of rental living to Toronto’s King West neighborhood, bringing together high design, vibrant community, and curated hospitality to create a destination defined by ambition and individuality. The brand positions West House as a place where personal and professional momentum takes shape, fueled by the people who call it home and the culture that surrounds them. Visually, the identity reflects confident modernity through bold typography and a custom wordmark with a subtle keyhole detail, supported by a symbolic key icon that suggests access and exclusivity. This refined foundation is balanced by dynamic photography that captures the spontaneity, social energy, and creative spirit of King West. A striking red anchors the palette, adding presence and allure while reinforcing the building’s magnetic character. Together, these elements establish West House as more than a residence. It is a living brand shaped by intention, connection, and the constant pursuit of what comes next.
