In 2017 The U.S. Postal Service issued Forever stamps honoring Oscar de la Renta during a ceremony at Vanderbilt Hall in Grand Central Terminal. Made in collaboration with the USPS, the resulting panel of 11 stamps showcased ten photos that celebrated details from some of his most exquisite gowns, capped by an evocative black-and-white portrait of de la Renta himself.
